I provide individual coaching for people who need short-term help for issues not related to mental health. We will focus on making realistic changes that will move you towards the life you want. I offer a virtual guided journaling group on Tuesdays from 5-6 pm CT for those who want to explore their creativity or start using journaling as a tool for self-discovery and understanding. I also provide a book club/support group - next session starts Wednesday, 4/5/23 and runs through 4/26/23 from 4:30 - 5:30 pm central time. Our book for April is Jordan Peterson's 12 Rules for Life.
