Description
After 30 years working with adolescents and families, I continue to be fascinated by the dynamic interplay between children and parents. I have been using the Internal Family Systems model of therapy for the past 13 years. My work with parents and adolescents tends to be honest, direct, and focused. Turns out adolescents and parents tend to appreciate being treated with the respect they most often deserve. I am currently focused on working with gender dysphoric youth and their families as they navigate these complicated personal and cultural challenges
