GETA is a non-profit organisation which provides a space for therapists using the gender exploratory approach. This privacy policy will explain how our organisation uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website.

GETA collects your personal identification information (name, email address, location), as well as information about your therapeutic practice.

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide GETA with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you register online, voluntarily provide feedback on any of our digital content, or use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.

How will we use your data?

GETA collects your data so that we can send you information and provide non-identifying metadata to interested parties. Your data is also used to log you into GETA’s community feature.

How do we store your data?

GETA securely stores your data on a digital device at 1350 N 77th Street, Scottsdale, Arizona 85257, United States.

GETA will keep your personal details as described above until you notify us that you would like it deleted. If we are so notified, we will delete your data immediately. If the company closes, we will delete all the data.

GETA securely stores your data for as long as your account exists. 

 

Who on our team has access

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, site Owner/Administrators can access:

— Order information such as your membership subscriptions, payment dates and amounts, and username / email address.
Any additional information added in your Member Profile can also be visible to the Administrator(s).

Marketing

GETA will not send you marketing information unless you sign up to recieve it. 

 

Payments

We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Cache

 

This site utilizes caching in order to facilitate a faster response time and better user experience. Caching potentially stores a duplicate copy of every web page that is on display on this site. All cache files are temporary, and are never accessed by any third party, except as necessary to obtain technical support from the cache plugin vendor. Cache files expire on a schedule set by the site administrator, but may easily be purged by the admin before their natural expiration, if necessary. Business Directory

When you submit a directory listing, the content of the listing and its metadata are retained indefinitely. All users can see, edit or delete the personal information included on their listings at any time. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Website visitors can see the contact name, website URL, phone number, address and other information included in your submission to describe the directory listing.

 

 

Payment Information

If you pay to post a directory listing entering your credit card and billing information directly on https://genderexploratory.com/, the credit card information won’t be stored but it will be shared through a secure connection with the following payment gateways to process the payment:
